Because we're dually licensed as Real Estate & Mortgage Brokers in both NY and CT we're able to pay 2 commissions. We offer our agents 70% commission on all Real Estate transactions and an additional 20% Commission on Mortgage transactions. We help sponsor, train, and license our Agents to be able to do both Real Estate and Mortgages.

This is just one aspect that other Mortgage Brokers do not posses. We cover the State of New York and the State of Connecticut, with offices in Putnam and Westchester Counties.
